Delayed Shipping and Wrong Size Received

Shipping on my order was delayed; I had to reach out to customer service twice before receiving a response regarding the delay. Ten (10) days after my order was initially placed, it finally shipped. Once the item arrived, the wrong size was sent. I contacted customer service the day of delivery regarding a correct-sized replacement – a week later and I have yet to receive a response.
